Test X Core is a testosterone supplement meant to help individuals with dwindling levels of the all-important male sex hormone, testosterone.
Suffering from low testosterone can be a frustrating existence, which is why test boosters have become so tremendously popular…but is Test X Core the way to go or not?
With so many bad test boosters on the market, trying to steer people away from them and point them towards the ones that actually work can be very difficult…I often lose sleep at night over the matter (I’m kidding…kind of).
As an expert in the space, I do NOT recommend Test X Core. Read this complete Test X Core review to learn why, or skip ahead to my list of the top 10 Best T Boosters if you want to learn about 10 better supplements.
Pro Tip: I’ve tested a ton of these test boosters you guys, and I’ve reviewed even more of them than I’ve tested. It’s safe to say I’m an expert after 10 years of testing and reviewing these supplements, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the #1 ranked test booster is the best one I’ve ever tried.
And that conclusion is not just based on the supplement facts…I tested it, and it boosted my test levels by 300% (yes, I actually had the tests done), which is why I still use that product to this day.
There are a total of 48 verified user reviews that have been posted for Test X Core onto Amazon. This is a very solid amount of user feedback, which we did not have before when we originally wrote the Test X Core review. You can find more information on the content of these 48 user reviews at the end of this article, but the gist of it is that the results have not been good. 56% of users gave it 1 star…do we need to say more?
The Benefits of Test X Core
Below are the benefits of Test X Core.
- Increase your ability to put on muscle mass
- Helps you burn fat
- Boost your physical performance
What Is Test X Core?
Test X Core is a testosterone booster that can help provide maturing men not have to go through the many side effects that come with aging. As we get older, there are many different changes that our body goes through, that we might not necessarily appreciate. For one, it becomes a lot harder to keep yourself in shape and maintain your chiseled physique from your youth.
The older you get, the less testosterone your body produces naturally. This means that you can find yourself gaining more fat, and unable to build muscle as easily. How frustrating is that? To find yourself one day not being able to see the results of your time spent in the gym can be an infuriating experience for anyone.
In addition to that, you will also start to notice changes to your sex life. If at some point you start noticing it becoming more difficult to achieve and maintain an erection, you can blame this on two side effects of growing older.
The first problem is low testosterone. Low testosterone can decrease your libido and make it more difficult for you to become aroused. Your brain relies on these messages of arousal in order to know to send blood flow to the penis.
The second part is the fact that your heart health might be suffering, and that you might be having circulation issues. Blood flow is key to achieving and maintaining a strong erection, so you have to make sure you are taking good care of your cardiovascular and circulatory health.
How Does Test X Core Work?
Test X Core works very similarly to other testosterone boosters on the market. These natural supplements utilize ingredients that can help increase the amount of testosterone your body produces, while also increasing blood flow.
The key is in getting your body to naturally produce more of its own testosterone. There are many options out there that involve the use of synthetic testosterone, which is something we ALWAYS recommend avoiding.
Your body responds very negatively to synthetic testosterone, but it has the exact opposite response to natural testosterone produced from within…in other words, your body can only actually use testosterone that it produces itself. You can not force fake testosterone into your body without expecting some adverse effects.
When your body creates its own testosterone, it’s then able to effectively utilize 100% of it. So, step one is to get your body to produce more testosterone, which is accomplished by the supplement…step two is to make sure the supplement you’re using is natural one such as Test X Core in order to ensure proper utilization of your newfound testosterone.
Test X Core Vs. Testosterone Gel
Let’s take a second to compare a natural test booster to a non-natural solution. Perhaps the most popular synthetic solution is testosterone gel, which is something we never have and never will recommend. First, let’s talk about the differences between how these supplements are actually used…
With a natural booster like Test X Core, all you’re doing is popping a couple of capsules every day, and these capsules are full of natural ingredients that promote testosterone production in a safe and healthy way.
With testosterone gel, you actually have to apply the gel to your skin on a daily basis. Now, this may not sound like a very annoying process at first glance, but here are some little known issues that result from it…
First of all, the gel can rub off throughout the day, which would mean you’re not going to get any benefits. Far more importantly, the gel can rub off onto other people such as your wife and kids…do you want your wife to grow a mustache?
Okay, she won’t grow a mustache, but she would experience some pretty rough side effects if you accidentally rubbed some of the gel onto her skin (from a hug, sexual experience, etc.). Additionally, you could give your kids some pretty serious issues if the gel rubs off on them. This stuff is just a disaster, and you should always avoid it.
However, the main issue is that the testosterone is synthetic, and like we mentioned earlier on, synthetic testosterone does not work because your body rejects it. Always choose to use a natural supplement over a synthetic one such as testosterone gel, but you also need to make sure you’re picking an effective one, and we do not believe Test X Core is your best option.
Test X Core Ingredients
Here are the primary Test X Core ingredients:
- Horny goat weed
- Maca root
- Tribulus terrestris
- Zinc
Horny Goat Weed
This herbal remedy for low libido and testosterone has been shown to provide benefits for the millions of individuals who take it. It was first discovered by a goat herder who noticed the increase in libido his animals experienced after digesting this leafy weed.
Since then, many men have reaped its rewards. Horny goat weed works because of the active ingredient icariin. Icariin inhibits an enzyme that limits blood flow to the penis and can make it much easier for you to get an erection.
Maca Root
Maca root is a widely recognized superfood and natural adaptogen. With many different benefits to offer, it is widely used as a way to help your body combat stress while also providing you the revitalization you need to get through another hard day at work. Maca Root helps boost fertility and libido, giving you what you need to be a better performer in the bedroom and the weight room.
Tribulus Terrestris
Tribulus Terrestris has been used for thousands of years among the Ayurvedic regions, as well as in ancient eastern medicine.
Zinc Citrate
Zinc is crucial for fertility and sperm health. It is one of the oldest tricks in the book when it comes to men’s sexual health and testosterone support. Zinc has really become the cornerstone ingredient of all test booster formulas for that reason.
Test X Core Reviews From Users
When we review a testosterone supplement, we take into account the experiences of users who have tried the product. Although analyzing the nutrition label is the most important process, it can also be helpful to pay attention to what users are saying to see what type of experiences people are having with the supplement.
We typically like to use Amazon to find verified customer reviews, and luckily, we were able to find a total of 48 Test X Core reviews submitted by Amazon users. So, without further adieu, let’s take a look at these…
Test X Core received an average rating of 3.0 out of 5 stars across 47 reviews, which is pretty bad. In fact, 56% of the Test X Core reviews contained a 1 star rating, which means that 27 of the users had such a bad experience with it, that they only rated it 1 star out of 5.
However, the Test X Core reviews weren’t all bad…23% of users rated it 5 stars, which is pretty solid. It’s nice to see that at least some people are getting results from this booster, but overall, there’s not a whole lot of positive information here.
I typically also like to give my personal review in this section, but unfortunately, I don’t have a personal experience with this product because I would never spend my money on it. I personally would never take Test X Core based on the shockingly low overall potency (about 600 milligrams per serving).
To put into perspective just how low that potency level is, lets take a look at the test booster I’m currently using. It has an overall potency of over 2,500 milligrams per serving, which is more than four times the potency level of Test X Core. It also has twice as many active ingredients (12 total) compared to Test X Core, which only has 6.
The Pros
- Includes zinc
- Might be able to enhance your fertility
- All natural
The Cons
- Has a weak overall potency
- Test X Core reviews are mostly negative
- Only contains 6 active ingredients
- Overpriced in our opinion
Test X Core Conclusion
Overall, Test X Core really does not have a lot going for it here as far as we’re concerned. The overall potency is low, it only contains 6 active ingredients, and the user reviews are generally negative. We do not recommend Test X Core, and would strongly encourage you to check out our list of the Top Test Booster Supplements before making any decisions.
