EVL Test review by a Certified Nutrition Coach: Is EVL Test any good?
In short, we believe that EVL Test is an average testosterone booster that is severely over-hyped. There are some very solid ingredients as well as some significant dosage sizes, but there are notable downsides as well. It contains a concerning ingredient in Diindolylmethane, and it’s missing a few of the key, most prominent test booster ingredients. So, the formula is pretty bad, but I figured it was still worth testing it. Here’s what I found…
My Personal Experience And Results With EVL Test
Yes, I analyzed the EVL Test supplement facts panel, determined it was not a good testosterone booster, and STILL bought it. Why? For you guys! I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach…it’s my duty to test supplements for my clients, even the bad ones! Plus, nobody likes a review that’s strictly based on boring ingredient analysis…I know my readers want to hear about my personal experience, so I bit the bullet and bought myself a 30 day supply. What happened next was very unfortunate.
After taking the EVL Test testosterone booster for 30 days, I experienced (drum roll please)…absolutely nothing. It literally did not produce a single benefit for me. Now, I knew going into taking EVL Test that it was a low quality product, but even the bad testosterone boosters usually produce some benefits. This one literally did nothing for me. Usually T boosters help out with stamina, endurance, strength, and libido, but not this one…at least not in my personal experience.
After getting no results with EVL Test, I went back to taking my favorite T booster: TestoGen. This stuff is crazy effective. It’s WAY more potent than EVL Test, and speaking from personal experience, you can certainly feel the difference. I can feel the effects of it even after just one dosage. TestoGen makes me feel like a beast both in the gym and in the sheets…it never ceases to amaze me. But anyways, back to EVL Test…bottom line: I would strongly recommend avoiding this stuff.
What does EVL Test do?
What does EVL Test do for you? The formula was designed to help naturally increase testosterone levels in both the short term and the long term. We think it could potentially pack enough punch to get the job done and boost test levels, but we’re concerned about the inclusion of DIM, which many believe can act as an androgen antagonist.
EVL Test ingredients list
Here are the primary ingredients in EVL Test:
- D-Aspartic Acid
- Tribulus Terrestris
- Fenugreek
- Zinc
- Diindolylmethane (DIM)
- Magnesium
- Vitam D3
- Vitamin B6
D-Aspartic Acid
D-Aspartic Acid is the cornerstone ingredient of every high quality testosterone supplement. Without a significant dosage of this highly effective amino acid, you are at a severe disadvantage. Several studies have shown a direct correlation between DAA supplementation and increased testosterone levels.
Tribulus Terrestris
Tribulus is a plant that is very popular in Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurvedic medicine is prevalent in Southern Asia. This plant has been shown to help provide many different benefits towards libido, testosterone imbalances, blood flow and circulation.
Fenugreek
Fenugreek is most commonly known for improving digestive issues and reducing inflammation in the body. As far as testosterone boosting goes, it has been shown to help increase libido and enhance athletic performance. Low testosterone can cause libido to decrease, so getting as many libido boosters as possible in your blend is very important.
Zinc
Zinc is a trace mineral that you will find on the nutrition label of just about every testosterone booster on the market. It’s one of the oldest tricks in the test boosting book, as men have been using Zinc to increase testosterone for centuries.
Diindolylmethane
Diindolylmethane is believed by some researchers to be able to block estrogen, which can be an important function in the context of a testosterone boosting formula. However, there are studies that show DIM may also be an androgen antagonist, which means it could potentially prevent test levels from rising…we find this concerning.
EVL Test pros and cons
Here are the benefits and side effects of EVL Test testosterone booster.
EVL Test benefits
Users can certainly expect a plethora of EVL Test health benefits as a result of the large dosages of D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc, and Tribulus Terrestris. These benefits can include improved athletic performance, increased muscle mass, and elevated libido.
However, it’s important to note that these benefits are a result of higher testosterone levels, not necessarily a result of the supplement. In other words, if DIM actually prevents test levels from rising, these benefits may not occur.
EVL Test side effects
EVL Test is pretty potent, so it’s possible some users may experience side effects. It contains a very large dosage of D-Aspartic Acid, which is certainly a good thing. However, it’s a powerful ingredient, and some people report feeling anxiety as a result of taking it. Other side effects may include headaches and an upset stomach.
More importantly, we want to stress the potential side effect of DIM as well…if DIM really does act as an androgen antagonist as some studies suggest, it may defeat the entire purpose of the supplement.
EVL Test complaints & praise (info from real EVL Test customer reviews)
Out of about 1,800 EVL Test reviews we found on Amazon, this supplement achieved a pretty solid mark of 4 stars out of 5 on average. This shows that many people actually found that this product worked for them.
Many of the 5 star reviews stated that this product helped them get muscle gains in the gym and provided them with significantly higher energy levels throughout the day. Several users stated that they were able to recover great after a workout, and most of the benefits seem to be related to athletic performance as opposed to sexual health.
EVL Test also received a lot of negative reviews. About 30% of users rated it between 1 and 3 stars out of 5, stating that it was not able to provide any of the benefits they claimed. These reviews also stated that the product caused pounding migraines and headaches, along with leaving a bad taste in their mouth.
Is EVL Test worth it? Our EVL Test test booster review conclusion
EVL Test is apparently producing good results for some users and appears to be a solid testosterone booster. The label is impressive, and the user reviews are definitely a good sign. With that being said, the inclusion of DIM in the formula is definitely a concern, and the amount of users who said it did not work solidifies that concern.
Quite frankly, there are several other test boosters out there that simply blow EVL Test out of the water. To find out about our most highly recommended testosterone supplements, be sure to view our list of the Top 10 Best Testosterone Boosters.
