Anafuse is a natural testosterone booster that can potentially make a big difference in your life if you are experiencing symptoms of Low T. Low T is unfortunately as common as it is problematic. Perhaps the most unfortunate issue associated with Low T is the damper it puts on your sex life and athletic performance.
Read this Anafuse review to learn why we do NOT recommend it and find out why you will not find this inferior testosterone booster ranked on our list of the top 10 Testosterone Supplements.
Anafuse review: Is Anafuse any good?
Anafuse delivers a total of about 1,500 milligrams worth of nutrients in every serving, which makes the formula very weak when compared to the truly top notch test boosters. It also only contains 5 active ingredients.
For perspective, our top three ranked boosters all contain over 2,500 MG per serving and at least 10 active ingredients. So, the answer to the question of whether or not Anafuse is any good is an easy no for me.
It contains half the active ingredients I typically like to see in a testosterone booster formula, and the overall potency should ideally be about 50% higher. Anafuse just can’t compete with the top T boosters.
My Personal Experience And Results With Anafuse
I know what you’re probably thinking…if I was just explaining why the formula is no good, why would I buy and personally test the product? Well, I did it for you guys! As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I believe my readers and my clients deserve to get a thorough and complete review of every supplement I write about, and no review is complete without personal experience and results. So yes, I wasted some cash on Anafuse, and here’s what happened…
I purchased a 30 day supply worth of Anafuse, and let me tell you, I might as well have just thrown my money out the window Anafuse did nothing for me whatsoever in terms of benefits or results. Whenever I take a testosterone booster, I expect to experience noticeable results in two areas: in the gym and in the bedroom. In the case of Anafuse, I did not experience any benefits in the gym or the sheets whatsoever. In fact, I did not personally feel or notice any benefits at all…probably because the formula lacks potency so severely at only 1,500 MG per serving.
After having a very bad personal experience with Anafuse and getting essentially no results or benefits, I went back to my most reliable T booster: TestoGen. This stuff is absolutely nuts. It’s more than two and half times as potent as Anafuse, and you can definitely feel the difference. TestoGen makes me perform amazingly both in the gym and the bedroom. But anyways, the bottom line here is that I do not recommend Anafuse by any means based on both my analysis of the formula and my lack of personal results.
What does Anafuse do?
What does Anafuse do for you? It uses a natural blend of testosterone boosting ingredients in order to help naturally increase your body’s testosterone production. At least, that’s the goal that it was designed to accomplish.
With that said, we are not confident in the slightest that it can achieve that goal. With only 1,500 milligrams of some pretty sketchy, not very well-known ingredients, our confidence in this product is low.
However, in the event that Anafuse did actually increase testosterone, it would lead to higher energy levels, improved libido, and increased muscle mass.
Anafuse ingredients list
Here are the primary ingredients in Anafuse:
- Vitamin D3
- Schisandra Chinensis
- Alpha-hydroxy-isacaproic Acid
- Epicatechin
- 5a-hydroxy-laxogenin
- Quercetin
- Piperine
Epicatechin
Epicatechin is a flavonoid found in green tea and cocoa. It works as a powerful antioxidant that decreases catabolic limiting factors of muscle growth. One of the major limiting factors of muscle growth is known as myostatin. Epicatechin works to help inhibit myostatin, making sure your muscles are free to grow at an increased rate.
Laxogenin
Laxogenin is a “plant steroid” that is an anabolic building block that can help increase protein synthesis and limit protein break down. It has been shown to help increase muscle endurance, muscle recovery, and boost lean muscle mass.
Schisandra Chinensis
This plant is an adaptogen. Adaptogens are responsible for helping your bodies adapt to stressful conditions, helping you strive in difficult environments and situations. This can increase your ability to resist disease and stress, helping boost physical performance.
Vitamin D3
This vitamin is crucial for maintaining muscle health. Low levels of Vitamin D3 have been shown to decrease strength. Your Vitamin D levels are also directly correlated with your energy levels, which means Vitamin D deficiency leads to low energy. This is perhaps the most crucial vitamin to supplement with when it comes to energy and fitness benefits.
Quercetin
Quercetin is commonly found in plants and is believed to help naturally increase testosterone levels. However, the study supporting the theory that it effects test levels were done on rats. There still is no conclusive evidence that it actually works on humans.
Anafuse pros and cons
Here are the benefits and side effects of Anafuse testosterone booster.
Anafuse benefits
Most of the Anafuse health benefits users should expect are related to performance in the gym. Most testosterone supplements have a sexual health component, but Anafuse does not. It appears to be strictly designed to enhance athletic performance.
Some of the benefits may include increased muscle mass, decreased body fat, and elevated energy levels. Keep in mind, the overall potency is only about 1,500 milligrams, which is about half as potent as our #1 ranked test booster. Anafuse makes a lot of promises in terms of benefits, but we don’t feel it can actually deliver.
Anafuse side effects
Anafuse does not contain your standard test booster ingredients. Typically we see powerful nutrients such as D-Aspartic Acid and Fenugreek, neither of which are present in this formula. This formula contains very unique and rarely used ingredients.
All that to say, there is not a lot of research out there on the short term or long term effects of these ingredients. We recommend being careful with this supplement since not much is known about the ingredients it contains.
Some of the side effects of these ingredients can include migraines, upset stomach, and anxiety.
Anafuse complaints & praise (info from real Anafuse customer reviews)
We derive our conclusions about the supplements we review from the SFP (Supplement Facts Panel). This is the most important thing to take into account when you are evaluating a supplement. With that said, it can’t hurt to take a look at what consumers are saying.
Unfortunately, Anafuse is not sold on any of the websites where trustworthy reviews from verified buyers are available. We typically look at Amazon, GNC, or Vitamin Shoppe. Since none of these sites sell this product, we checked out some third party Anafuse reviews from other sites similar to ours.
Everyone seems to be cautiously optimistic about Anafuse. As we have already discussed, some of the ingredients show promise, but none of them are very thoroughly researched or clinically tested. There is some cause for concern there.
Is Anafuse worth it? Our Anafuse test booster review conclusion
Anafuse was designed more for athletic performance enhancement than anything else. In other words, it’s unlikely to actually directly effect or increase your testosterone levels. We don’t see it as something that can fix the problem, and we find the formula a little bit concerning.
We prefer supplements that actually cause your body to produce more testosterone and thereby fix the root of the problem. We also prefer testosterone supplements that use clinically researched ingredients that are heavily supported by studies and data. Anafuse FAQs
Is Anafuse safe?
While it appears the ingredients are natural and therefore likely safe, there is not enough research to support the effects these ingredients might have on the body. In other words, it appears to be safe, but we can’t be 100% certain.
Does Laxogenin need PCT?
Laxogenin, one of the key ingredients in Anafuse, is commonly mistaken for am anabolic steroid since it is referred to as a “plant steroid.” It is not an anabolic steroid, and therefore, you do not need PCT (post cycle therapy) after using it.
