In order from best to worst, these proteins go from whey protein hydrolysate, to whey protein isolate, to why protein concentrate. Whey protein peptides are a decent addition to your protein blend regardless of which protein you are using because they are very quickly digested and used by your muscles. Milk protein concentrate is typically a lower quality protein source, and definitely not one we recommend.

Branched Chained Amino Acids: Also known as BCAA’s, branched chained amino acids provide you with a quickly digesting source of help with muscle growth and recovery.
