Bucked Up Review

Bucked Up is a pre workout supplement created by the company DAS LABS. If you’re serious about making progress in the gym, you’re going to want to invest in a pre workout powder. However, we feel this particular supplement is far from your best option. Read this Bucked Up review to learn why it didn’t even come close to ranking on our list of the Top 10 Best Pre Workout Supplements of 2018.

Benefits of Bucked Up

These are the key benefits of supplementing with Bucked Up before your workout

  • Increased energy levels
  • Reduced chance of early fatigue
  • Enhanced focus and concentration
  • Crazy pump and blood flow boost

What Is Bucked Up?

Bucked Up is a pre workout powder developed mainly around the aspect of increasing your pump and improving blood flow. Based on the nutrition label, it’s more of a nitric oxide booster than a pre workout supplement. It’s missing too many ingredients to be a truly effective pre workout option.

Here’s a list of ingredients it’s missing that would make it a better pre workout opton in our opinion: Betaine Anhydrous, Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Creatine Monohydrate, and Choline Bitartrate. One of the most basic and essential pre workout ingredients in sports nutrition is Betaine Anhydrous, and we think it’s a big mistake to exclude it from the formula.

With that being said, it contains a huge dose of the most effective nitric oxide booster on the market, which is Citrulline Malate. With 6,000 MG of this stuff per serving, you’re definitely going to get some crazy pumps using this pre workout. That’s really the only significant dosage it has in our opinion, which is why we see it more as a nitric oxide boosting supplement than anything else.

Bucked Up comes in the following flavors: Pink Lemonade, Raspberry Lime Ricky, Blue Raz, Watermelon, Grape, and Blood Raz.

How Does Bucked Up Work?

Bucked Up works by using ingredients like nitric oxide boosters, nootropics and stimulants like caffeine, even though for some reason they say they don’t use stimulants. These ingredients work well together to help boost your performance, focus, and endurance, to help you maximize your output in the gym.

Bucked Up Ingredients

The following ingredients can be found in one serving of Bucked Up: Citrulline Malate, CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, Caffeine Anhydrous, AlphaSize Alpha GPC, Taurine, Himalayan Rock Salt, Deer Antler Velvet Extract, AstraGin, and ActiGin.

Citrulline Malate: Citrulline malate is an amino acid that can help boost your body’s nitric oxide levels. Nitric oxide is a powerful vasodilator that can change the size of your blood vessels to make sure your muscles have a ready supply of oxygen and nutrients ready to be delivered.

Beta Alanine: As you begin ripping your muscles apart during a workout, the formation of Lactic Acid begins to occur. This lactic acid buildup is partially responsible for your body feeling sore during and after a workout.

Caffeine Anhydrous: Caffeine is a stimulant that can help make sure you get the burst of energy you need to be successful in the gym. It can help increase your mental and athletic performance.

Alpha GPC: This is a nootropic ingredient that can help increase the amount of acetylcholine that your brain has to use. Acetylcholine plays a big role in memory, concentration, and muscle control.

Taurine: Taurine is an amino acid that can help boost your athletic performance and increase your concentration. It is an antioxidant that can promote heart health while stimulating your muscles to help them work harder.

Stacking Pre Workout With Protein Powder

The combination of an effective pre workout supplement and a high quality protein powder can help give you the energy you need for a killer workout, while also giving your muscles the proper nutrients they need to recover and grow efficiently.

It’s super vital to give your muscles the nutrients they need to grow after your workout is complete, and that’s essentially the whole point of protein powder. However, if the protein powder isn’t high quality, you could end up gaining fat. It’s important to make sure your protein powder uses a pure, fast digesting, and easily absorbable form of whey protein. PS: Most protein powders do NOT use high quality whey, which is why you should check out the article below…

Bucked Up Conclusion

Bucked Up is a great nitric oxide booster, but we don’t see it as a very effective pre workout supplement due to the fact that it excludes a long list of ingredients that we consider essential. It’s definitely not a bad product, but we simply don’t see it as top notch. For a list of pre workout powders we consider top tier, click here Top 10 Best Pre Workout Supplements of 2018.
