Bio Hard is currently the most hyped up male enhancement supplement on the market. With commercials for it all over TV and an endorsement from the famous MMA fighter Randy Couture, you have to stop wonder…does this stuff actually work? In this Bio Hard review, I’m going to show you why BioXGenic’s newest supplement FAILED to rank on our list of the Top Male Enhancement Supplements.
PS: I tried Bio Hard myself, and I personally was not impressed. I figured I’d buy a bottle just because of all the hype surrounding the product…I just had to know whether it actually worked or not. For me, it was unfortunately pretty ineffective. After I finish the bottle, I will be switching back to my favorite male enhancement supplement, which is Male Extra.
Bio Hard review by a Certified Nutrition Coach: Is Bio Hard any good?
No, Bio Hard is simply not a good supplement in our opinion. Let’s take a look at the Supplement Facts Panel…it only provides a total of 820 milligrams per serving, and all 820 MG comes in the form of a proprietary blend. So the overall potency is low, AND the individual dosages are not disclosed. All bad news here, and that’s coming from a certified Nutrition Coach. You couldn’t pay me to take this stuff!
Are there any Bio Hard coupon codes or promo discount vouchers?
At the time of writing, there are no active Bio Hard coupon codes. We searched everywhere and unfortunately came up empty handed. To make matters worse, Bio Hard is already pretty expensive. But to be honest, even if we had a promo code for you, we still wouldn’t recommend this supplement…it’s just too weak.
Bio Hard ingredients list
The primary Bio Hard ingredients are:
- Yohimbe
- Tribulus Terrestris
- Longjack
- Maca
- Ginseng
- Epimedium
Yohimbe
A controversial ingredient in large dosages, this bark extract has been shown to help increase the quality of your erection quickly by dilating your blood vessels. Yohimbe has been shown to cause some negative side effects in larger quantities.
Tribulus Terrestris
This natural herb helps improve athletic performance and is used to help benefit your fertility. some studies suggest that the reason it can produce so many benefits is because of the effect it has on testosterone levels, but this has not been definitively proven.
Ginseng
Ginseng is an incredibly popular aphrodisiac that can help boost your focus and stamina. It can also benefit your immune system and affect how your hormones react to everyday stress.
Epimedium
Also known as horny goat weed, the active ingredient in this natural herb is called icariin. Icariin helps blood flow into the penis by restricting the activity of an enzyme called PDE5. Epimedium is what’s known as a PDE5 inhibitor due to its ability to block the enzyme.
Bio Hard benefits and side effects
Here are the advantages and disadvantages of Bio Hard.
Benefits
In order to understand how Bio Hard was designed to work, let’s take a look at the intended purpose and functions of male enhancement supplements in general. You’ve probably heard the term “male enhancement” before, but what really are these products? And why are they so popular?
Well, natural supplements like Bio Hard are very popular because a lot of people view them as an alternative to Viagra. Now, keep in mind that these supplements are not by any means intended to replace medication, function as medication, or treat any sort of disease. They are simply supposed to help improve your sexual performance.
So, now let’s talk about how they can do that…first and foremost, it’s important for male enhancement supplements to contain a nitric oxide boosting component. Boosting your nitric oxide levels dilates your blood vessels, thereby allowing more blood to flow into your penis when you are trying to achieve an erection.
In addition to a nitric oxide boosting component, you also want your male enhancer to contain ingredients that “put you in the mood.” These can be called libido boosters, testosterone boosters, or aphrodisiacs.
While these types of ingredients have many names, they all serve essentially the same purpose…and that’s to boost your sex drive.
Side effects
Since Bio Hard strictly contains natural ingredients, it is not likely to produce side effects. With that being said, it does contain Yohimbe, which some people have reported causes side effects such as migraines and upset stomach.
The thing is, in order to know if Yohimbe will cause side effects or not, we’d need to know the dosage…ingredient dosages are not disclosed in the Bio Hard SFP, which is a big reason why we don’t like this supplement.
Bio Hard complaints & praise (info from real Bio Hard customer reviews)
We checked Amazon to see what verified buyers were saying about the product, and we were able to find over 30 Bio Hard reviews there. This isn’t the biggest sample size, but it can certainly still help provide some insight in terms of customer experience.
Bio Hard received an average rating of 4.1 stars across its 30+ reviews, which is pretty decent. It seems a solid amount of people are enjoying the product. However, 25% of customers rated it between 1 and 3 stars out of 5, stating that it does not work. The reviews are overall very mixed, and the sample size is too small for us to draw any real conclusions from this data.
Is Bio Hard worth it? Our conclusion
The bottom line is, Bio Hard simply isn’t potent enough to be considered as one of the top supplements on the market, and we find its use of a proprietary blend regrettable. We believe Bio Hard is NOT worth it and would recommend utilizing a more potent supplement that does NOT use a proprietary blend.
