Bio X4 fat burner supplement bottleBio X4 is essentially trying to be three supplements at once. It’s a mixture of a probiotic supplement, a digestive enzyme supplement, and a fat burner. The problem with Bio X4 is a common one.

Often times, when supplements are marketed as being able to accomplish this many goals, there’s just no way they can pack enough nutrients in there to get the job done…and that’s the case with Bio X4.

In other words, Bio X4 is trying to do too many things at once, and as a result, it doesn’t really do any of those things very effectively. There’s not enough in the formula for me to call this a fat burner, but the other elements of the formula are also weak, so I’m not really sure what to call it…

With that being said, if it’s a fat burner you’re looking for, I’d highly recommend avoiding Bio X4 as it only contains 2 fat burning ingredients. To discover comprehensive fat burners that contain up to 12 different active ingredients, check out the top 10 here: Best Fat Burners Comparison.

Bio X4 Benefits

With all the above being said, Bio X4 does contain some beneficial ingredients. While it’s not something I would personally use, that doesn’t mean it can’t produce benefits for people.

Here are some of the reported Bio X4 benefits…

  • Improves gut health
  • Enhances digestive system
  • Increases energy levels
  • Can help reduce appetite

Bio X4 Ingredients

As I always say, this is the most important section of the review. In this part of the review, I break down the formula and explain why I do or don’t recommend the supplement. With Bio X4 in particular, I do NOT recommend it, and you’re about to find out why…

Part 1: Probiotic Blend

Bio X4 claims that one of the types of supplements it can be classified as is a probiotic supplement. Now, this may technically be true since it does contain probiotics, but let’s talk about exactly how much probiotics are in here…

The blend only contains 4 billion CFU per capsule. To the average person, this may sound like a lot since the word “billion” is in there, but it’s simply not a significant dosage. In order to give you an idea of exactly how weak this probiotic blend is, let’s talk about the average probiotic blend size of a real probiotic supplement.

Generally, with really legitimate probiotic supplements, you will see about 40-50 billion CFU per serving. Some of the more expensive ones even have up to 60 billion CFU per serving. So that should really put it into perspective…4 billion CFU is nothing. It’s about one tenth of the amount that should be in there.

Part 2: Digestive Enzyme Blend

Bio X4’s digestive enzyme blend contains 88 total milligrams of enzymes such as amylase, bromelain, and lipase. This is the only part of the formula that is relatively mediocre. It’s not impressive by any means, but it’s decent.

It’s about half as potent as an ideal digestive enzyme blend, which should contain roughly 200 total milligrams of various digestive enzymes. So again, just like the probiotic blend, this blend is pretty weak comparatively speaking and just overall unimpressive.

Part 3: Weight Management Blend

There are two components to the Bio X4 weight management blend, which are Green Tea Extract and Caralluma Fimbriata extract. Green tea extract is believed to help boost metabolism and overall energy levels, which makes it an excellent fat burning ingredient….HOWEVER, the dosage is shockingly small.

The blend only contains 100 MG of green tea extract per serving. It helps that it is at least standardized to 50% EGCG, but it’s still too small of a dosage in my opinion. To give you some perspective, our #1 ranked fat burner contains 500 MG of green tea extract per serving, and it’s still standardized to the same level of EGCG.

If most of that analysis is nonsense to you, here is the main takeaway…the active fat burning ingredients in Bio X4 are, in my opinion, under-dosed and comparatively very weak with regard to other more potent fat burners.

Bio X4 Reviews From Real Users

Nearly 200 people have submitted Bio X4 reviews on Amazon, and these reviews are generally trustworthy because Amazon verifies that the person submitting the review has actually bought and tried the product before letting them post the review.

Across about 200 total reviews, Bio X4 earned an average rating of 3.8, which isn’t very impressive. It’s not good, it’s not bad…it’s just average. About 60% of the reviews are positive, and the rest are not so positive.

I will say it’s a good thing that the majority of the reviews are positive, and it’s also impressive that 53% of people rated it 5 stars at the time of writing this review. However, overall there’s not a whole lot for me to take away from these Bio X4 reviews since the results are pretty mixed.

The Pros

  • Received a lot of positive reviews on Amazon
  • Contains properly standardized Green Tea Extract
  • Includes an appetite suppressant in Caralluma Fimbriata

The Cons

  • The probiotic blend is weak comparatively speaking
  • Digestive enzyme blend isn’t very potent either
  • Green tea extract dosage is comparatively low

Bio X4 Conclusion

At the end of the day, I just don’t feel comfortable recommending Bio X4 to my readers based on the areas of the nutrition label in which I believe it is lacking. It’s sort of encouraging that people are leaving positive reviews for it on Amazon, but overall I’m just unimpressed with the formula and would never personally buy this supplement myself.

I’m not sure if their intention was for Bio X4 to be looked at as a fat burner or not…however, if the reason you researched Bio X4 is because you’re looking for a fat burner, I would strongly recommend steering clear of this supplement and at least taking a look at our top 10 before making a decision.
