KaraMD Pure Nature review 2021: Is Pure Nature any good?

We’ll explain more in depth later, but the short answer is no. Pure Nature is not a very good supplement simply because it lacks potency and is missing a wide variety of superfoods that we consider a crucial part of any greens formula.

The overall potency of every serving is only 2,800 milligrams. That is very weak. To put it into perspective, our top ranked greens supplement provides 15,000 milligrams of superfoods per serving…that makes it over 5 times as potent as KaraMD Pure Nature.

Are there any KaraMD Pure Nature coupon codes or promo discount vouchers?

At the time of writing, we were not able to find any Pure Nature coupon codes unfortunately. Considering the lack of potency, it is pretty overpriced in my opinion, so a discount code would be helpful.

With that said, we don’t recommend buying Pure Nature anyways. Even if you could find a promo code, we still don’t believe it’s worth the money. It’s simply not strong enough to produce benefits (in our opinion).

What does KaraMD Pure Nature do?

What does Pure Nature do for you? Well, superfood supplements in general are designed to provide you with a significant serving of fruits and vegetables since most people do not get enough of these nutrients with their regular diet alone.

Increasing your vegetable, fruit, and superfood intake can produce tremendous benefits. However, the benefits only come when the superfoods are properly dosed. If you’re taking a supplement that lacks potency and doesn’t provide sufficient dosages, you simply won’t get the benefits you’re looking for.

So, while Pure Nature looks to produce some important benefits, we believe the formula is simply too weak to be able to actually deliver.

KaraMD Pure Nature ingredients list

Here are the primary ingredients in the Pure Nature formula:

  • Alfalfa Powder
  • Barley Grass
  • Organic Oat Grass
  • Kale
  • Cabbage
  • Cauliflower
  • Parsley
  • Asparagus
  • Apple
  • Beet
  • Ginger

Pure Greens Blend

KaraMD Pure Nature’s most potent blend is their Pure Greens blend. This blend contains a total of 1,600 milligrams worth of nutrients. The ingredients in this blend include barley grass, alfalfa, kale, oat grass, and more.

There are a total of 10 ingredients in this blend, and they are all pretty high quality ingredients. The problem is that the blend as a whole is just way too weak. We’d like to see this blend be at least 3 times as potent as it is in order to really produce benefits.

Fruit & Vegetable Blend

Pure Nature’s second blend is called their Fruit & Vegetable blend, which provides a total of 1,200 milligrams per serving, making it a little less potent than their Pure Greens blend. The ingredients include strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and more for a total of 10 ingredients.

Again, this blend contains impressive nutrients, but the dosage is way too low for serious benefits to be possible in our opinion. If you compare these blends to some of the top shelf greens supplements, you’ll see what we mean.

Pure Nature dosage: How much Pure Nature should you take & when?

According to the nutrition label, you are supposed to take 4 capsules daily. It doesn’t say anything about when you should take it, but we generally recommend taking superfood supplements in the morning so that you can experience the benefits throughout the day.

KaraMD Pure Nature pros and cons

Here are the benefits and side effects of Pure Nature.

Pure Nature benefits

The benefits of Pure Nature may include a minor energy boost and some improvement with regard to your digestive health. Outside of that, we don’t see a whole lot of potential benefits here since the formula simply isn’t strong enough.

One of the benefits is that it comes in capsules, which some people find more convenient than powder. However, capsules are always weaker than powder supplements because they’re too small to contain enough nutrients.

Pure Nature side effects

It’s highly unlikely for users to experience side effects when taking Pure Nature. The formula is just a combination of 20 different fruits and vegetables. There are no concerning ingredients, and the formula is so weak that you may not notice any effects at all.

Other Pure Nature Cons

The biggest con of KaraMD Pure Nature is that it’s simply too weak to produce results in our opinion. We’ve carefully evaluated this formula, and we just don’t see it as being capable of producing significant benefits.

Another con is that it comes in capsule form. This may sound like a good thing, but it’s not. Capsules are very limited in terms of how many nutrients they can contain. This is why greens powder supplements are superior to capsule supplements.

Pure Nature complaints & praise (info from real KaraMDPure Nature customer reviews)

There are about 1,000 KaraMD Pure Nature reviews posted by customers on Amazon, which gives us a pretty decent sample size to look at. Let’s see what customers are saying about the product.

Across approximately 1,000 total reviews, it received an average rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars. This is actually a pretty solid score, and it’s a bit higher than we expected. Some people seem to be enjoying the product.

However, 20% of the Pure Nature reviews are negative, so there appears to be a solid amount of disappointed customers as well. The main complaint appears to be that it simply doesn’t work.

Is KaraMD Pure Nature good or bad? Our conclusion

In our view, Pure Nature has to be one of the most unimpressive superfood supplements we have reviewed thus far. The overall potency is actually the lowest we have seen to date. For that reason, we do not recommend Pure Nature.
