In this Garden of Life Green Superfood review, we’re going to explain why we do not recommend this greens powder. While it certainly isn’t a bad supplement, the top shelf green drinks on the market blow this mid-tier supplements like this one out of the water in terms of overall nutrition.
The primary issue with this product lies in the superfood blend. It contains a pretty wide variety of high quality superfoods, but the blend as a whole lacks potency. The overall potency of the blend is over 50% lower than that of our top ranked greens powder. Click the link below to learn more.
Garden of Life Green Superfood review: Is Green Superfood any good?
Green Superfood by Garden of Life is overall just an average superfood supplement. It only provides about 7,000 MG worth of superfoods per serving. That may sound like a high number, but to put it into perspective, our top two ranked green drinks provide 15,000 MG and 10,000 MG of superfoods per serving, respectively. As a Nutrition Coach, I simply can not feel comfortable recommending a greens supplement that lacks potency this severely.
Are there any Garden of Life Green Superfood coupon codes or promo discount vouchers?
At this time, there are no currently available Green Superfood coupon codes or discount vouchers. Even if we were able to provide you with a promo code, we still would not recommend this product because it simply isn’t good enough. The superfood blend is too weak for us to feel confident recommending it.

Garden of Life Green Superfood benefits and side effects
Here are the benefits and side effects of Green Superfood.
Green Superfood benefits
Users can experience a wide array of Garden of Life Green Superfood health benefits as a result of the very diverse and nutritious blend of powerful superfoods. Many of the benefits that these types of superfoods can produce are related to digestion, gut health, and overall gastrointestinal function.
While we do wish the blend was more potent, regularly supplementing with this many different superfoods is still powerful enough to help boost energy levels and immunity. There are a lot of benefits to be had, but if you took twice the amount of superfoods, the benefits would be twice as powerful.
This is the main reason why we recommend our #1 ranked superfood supplement…it is over twice as potent as Green Superfood.
Green Superfood side effects
Side effects are not common when it comes to green drinks. You’re really just consuming powderized fruits and veggies, so it doesn’t make much sense that you would experience side effects unless you’re allergic to something the formula contains…obviously be careful there.
Some green drinks contain caffeine, which can produce side effects, but Green Superfood does not contain caffeine.
Garden of Life Green Superfood complaints & praise (info from real Green Superfood customer reviews)
Users have posted a total of about 3,000 Garden of Life Green Superfood reviews on Amazon. It received an average rating of 4.5 stars out of 5, which is very impressive. It seems that users are very happy with the product, which makes sense considering the very diverse and powerful blend of ingredients.
With that being said, we still can not comfortably recommend a supplement that provides 7,000 MG worth of superfoods when we know there’s a supplement out there that provides over 100% more superfoods than that. It just doesn’t make sense. There’s no reason to settle for less here.
Is Garden of Life Green Superfood worth it? Our Green Superfood review conclusion
All things considered, Garden of Life Green Superfood really is not worth it. It’s not necessarily overpriced, but there’s no reason to choose a superfood powder that lacks potency as severely as this one does. Our top rated options are all more potent and provide more bang for your buck. Click the link below to see our #1 ranked greens powder!
