The High T Testosterone Booster is not one of our favorite T boosters out there, but considering how popular it is, we felt it deserves to be reviewed.
Check out this comprehensive High T review to discover all of the good and the bad in this supplement and learn why it did NOT manage to rank amongst what we believe to be the absolute best top 10 Testosterone Boosters Comparison.
High T review by a Certified Nutrition Coach: Is High T any good?
High T is actually one of the worst testosterone boosters we have reviewed on our site. We have reviewed a lot of very good test supplements, and this one simply pales in comparison to the top notch products. It has a low overall potency (under 1,000 MG) and a small amount of active ingredients.
My Personal Experience And Results With High T
As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I personally test just about every supplement I review. Even if I think the supplement will not work as was the case with High T, I always find it best to personally test it so that I feel more confident when clients ask me about the supplement. In this case, my personal experience was exactly what I expected it to be…terrible.
My High T results were essentially nonexistent. Typically, when I take a testosterone booster, I notice some results either in the gym or the bedroom. With the truly elite T boosters, I experience significant results in BOTH the gym and the bedroom. With High T, I did not get results in either one of those departments. In fact, I experienced no benefits whatsoever. My bad personal results with High T can be attributed to the low overall potency of the formula…it doesn’t even have 1,000 MG worth of nutrients per serving.
After having a terrible personal experience with High T and getting no noticeable results whatsoever, I felt compelled to go back to my favorite test booster: TestoGen. TestoGen is one that I have tried many times, and it never ceases to amaze me. I get amazing results from it in the gym, and even better results in the bedroom actually. It’s just all around crazy effective in my experience. But anyways, back to High T…the bottom line here is that I would not recommend this supplement to any of my clients in a million years.
What does High T do?
What does High T do for you? In our opinion, there’s not much High T can do for you. With that said, it’s intended to help your body produce more testosterone, which would in turn lead to a plethora of health benefits.
It’s part of a class of supplements known as “natural testosterone boosters,” many of which are very effective. However, for these supplements to really accomplish an increase in testosterone, they must be highly potent and contain the proper nutrients.
As we mentioned before, High T is not by any means highly potent, so to answer the question – what does it do? Most likely, it doesn’t really do much at all.
High T ingredients list
Here are the primary High T testosterone booster ingredients:
- Zinc
- Fenugreek
- Eurycoma Longifolia
- Arginine AKG
- Rhodiola Rosea
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
Fenugreek
Fenugreek is one of the most popular testosterone boosting ingredients out there. Fenugreek is one that we see in almost every review we do. This natural herb has been clinically studied and was actually shown in one study to be able to significantly increase muscle strength compared to the group of participants who were not taking it.
Eurycoma Longifolia
Here we have another ingredient that is believed to help increase muscle strength. The theory is that the strength boost is actually a result of the effect the ingredient can have on your testosterone levels.
At this point it appears this supplement is geared mostly towards athletic performance enhancement, whereas many other test boosters are geared towards sexual performance enhancement.
Arginine AKG
Arginine is most commonly used as a nitric oxide booster because it is believed to be converted into nitric oxide upon ingestion. While we do not see this as a testosterone boosting ingredient, a nitric oxide boost could certainly help you build muscle and potentially improve your ability to absorb the remaining nutrients.
Zinc
Zinc is a trace mineral that has been used for ages by men for its sexual health benefits. Many men swear by this nutrient as a natural aphrodisiac, and some studies suggest that it may have a positive impact on testosterone levels in men. You would be hard pressed to find a testosterone booster that does not contain this ingredient.
High T pros and cons
Here are the benefits and side effects of High T testosterone booster.
High T benefits
Some of the High T health benefits that users can expect may include elevated libido and improved energy levels. Beyond that, we don’t see this product producing many significant benefits based on the weak formula.
The overall potency is far too low at under 1,000 MG per serving. To put this into perspective, our top 3 rated testosterone supplements all have an overall potency of over 2,500 MG per serving.
Additionally, there are only a handful of active ingredients here. Our top rated boosters all have over 10 active ingredients, making them much more effective.
High T side effects
It’s not very likely for High T to produce side effects for a couple of reasons. First off, the ingredients are all completely natural, which usually means they won’t lead to any significant side effects. Additionally, the formula being so weak means that it would not produce the type of side effects that generally result from a supplement that is too strong for the average consumer.
High T complaints & praise (info from real High T customer reviews)
At the time of writing, there are approximately 90 High T reviews posted on Amazon by verified buyers. It received an average rating of 4.3 stars out of 5, which is pretty good. However, the sample size is relatively small in this case. Regardless, the majority of customers gave it a good rating.
On the flipped side, many customers reported side effects that are rather unusual with natural testosterone boosters, which makes us a little concerned about exactly what’s in this stuff. Some people reported that it made them feel angry and irrational, which is problematic.
I also personally tried High T myself and have some complaints, the most important of which is that it simply didn’t work. Not a fan of this product by any means.
Is High T worth it? Our High T test booster review conclusion
We think the High T Testosterone Booster is overall a below average supplement. It contains some solid ingredients and is based on sound theory, but we just didn’t like what we saw on the label mostly in terms of dosages and potency. We can’t see the individual dosages since they are hidden by the proprietary blend, and the proprietary blend dosage itself is in our opinion not high enough.
Due to the use of the proprietary blend and what we see as a lack of overall potency, we do NOT recommend High T. We apologize if that’s disappointing to hear but would encourage you to examine some of our more highly ranked supplements in our “Testosterone Boosters” category.

If you’re going to take High T, which we don’t recommend, it is best taken in the morning and before exercising. We also would not recommend taking it on an empty stomach, which could lead to more side effects.
