Test Reload is a testosterone booster by the famous Mike Chang who is the creator of Six Pack Shortcuts. If you honestly haven’t seen his abs before, this must mean you don’t have Facebook.
Seriously, his old abs ad used to show up in my Facebook feed all the time, and most typically when I was about to eat something terrible. The man’s a washboard, no question about it. His exercise program is excellent and so are his diet plans…but are his supplements? Well, there’s the big question of the day.
Read this Test Reload review to understand what makes it a good supplement, but more importantly, learn why it did NOT make it into our site’s rankings of the Top Testosterone Boosters.
Test Reload review: Is Test Reload any good?
Test Reload is a quality supplement, but we do NOT consider it to be one of the elite few best of the best. In other words, it’s good, but it’s not great. The biggest problem we have with it is the gigantic proprietary blend…the dosage size of every single important ingredient is hidden within the blend. That’s a HUGE problem…it means there’s no way for us to know exactly what’s in here, which is a big red flag.
What does Test Reload do?
What does Test Reload do for you? It’s hard to say with certainty that it could accomplish anything for you since there’s no way for us to know what’s inside the bottle, thanks to their unfortunate use of a proprietary blend. Typically, proprietary blends are used to hide the fact that the ingredients are under-dosed, and for that reason, we don’t think Test Reload can boost testosterone like it’s supposed to.
Test Reload ingredients list
Here are the primary Test Reload ingredients:
- Fenugreek
- D-Aspartic Acid
- L-Arginine
- Tribulus Terrestris
- White Button Mushroom
- Maca Root
- Stinging Nettle Root
Fenugreek
Fenugreek is one of our favorite testosterone boosting ingredients due to the amount of evidence that supports the theory behind it. There are several clinical studies from which the results point to the potential boosting of free testosterone.
Research suggests that boosted T levels through the use of an ingredient such as Fenugreek can potentially lead to increased muscle size and strength as well as improved endurance and energy levels.
D-Aspartic Acid
Here we have another one of our favorite ingredients for testosterone boosters. D-Aspartic Acid is believed to be able to improve the sensitivity of the testosterone receptors in the central region of your brain. If the results of studies showing D-Aspartic Acids aforementioned potential abilities can be generalized, then we can be very confident in this ingredient.
Many users of D-Aspartic Acid based supplements report positive results in relation to their testosterone levels as well as their performance in the gym. Several user reviews also report improvements in muscle size and overall mass, which makes this an extremely promising ingredient.
L-Arginine
L-Arginine is arguably the most effective nitric oxide booster on the market next to L-Citrulline. Boosting nitric oxide levels can lead to improved blood circulation and enhanced athletic performance, but that’s assuming there’s a significant amount of it in here…and again, there’s no way for us to know that due to the proprietary blend.
Tribulus Terrestris
Tribulus Terrestris is a natural herb that is believed to positively impact sex drive in men. Some studies have shown that it may be a viable testosterone booster, which has lead to increased use of this ingredient in test booster formulas. However, the evidence at this point in time is not particularly overwhelming in our opinion.
White Button Mushroom
This ingredient actually serves the purpose of helping to calm any potential side effects of the testosterone spike you may experience. It is thought to be able to help regulate estrogen levels to potentially prevent any unwanted effects from the rest of the ingredients…some would call it an estrogen blocker, but there’s not a ton of evidence to support that theory.
Maca Root
Maca Root has been shown to have tremendous potential benefits when it comes to sexual performance. Several users have reported an elevated sex drive, and there are several studies which support the theory that it may help boost libido.
In addition to the sexual benefits, Maca is believed to be able to help stimulate testosterone production. Some people believe that the sex-related benefits of Maca are actually a result of the way it can effect your testosterone levels, but this has yet to be proven.
Test Reload pros and cons
Here are the benefits and side effects of Test Reload testosterone booster.
Test Reload benefits
While there are probably some Test Reload health benefits to be experienced here since the overall potency is in fact quite high, we can’t be confident in exactly what those benefits might be due to the use of a proprietary blend. Let’s take a closer look at what this means…
Proprietary blends hide individual dosages, which means we don’t know the dosage size of any ingredient within the blend. So, despite the fact that the ingredients are certainly high quality, we can not conclude that they will be effective or produce significant benefits since the dosages are not disclosed.
In the event that Test Reload could produce health benefits, the benefits would likely include enhanced sexual health, improved libido, higher nitric oxide levels, and elevated energy levels.
Test Reload side effects
While it’s tough to say whether or not Test Reload would produce side effects (again, because of the proprietary blend), we can at least say that this formula is 100% natural. Therefore, it’s pretty unlikely that there are any Test Reload side effects…at least not any significant ones. Completely natural formulas do not often produce severe side effects.
However, if it were to produce side effects as a result of potentially being too potent, they could include headaches, upset stomach, acne, and anxiety. These types of side effects can occasionally come from testosterone levels being too high or the user being particularly sensitive to any of the ingredients.
Test Reload complaints & praise (Test Reload reviews from real users)
In order to gather information about experiences users are having with a particular supplement, we typically look to Amazon for verified customer reviews. If there is enough data there to draw conclusions, we take it into account. Let’s talk about the Test Reload reviews we found on Amazon…
At the time of writing, there are approximately 50 reviews submitted by verified customers on the Amazon platform. Across these reviews, Test Reload received an average rating of 3.4 out of 5, which is frankly pretty bad.
Over 25% of users gave it a 1-star rating out of 5, which is a pretty ugly statistic. On the other hand, about half of the reviews are positive, so it’s not all bad here. As a whole, the customer reviews are very mixed, but there are certainly too many negative reviews for us to feel confident enough to recommend the supplement.
The price of Test Reload
Test Reload is extremely expensive when compared to other testosterone boosters that offer similar ingredients, overall potency, and benefits. It costs $89.99 for one jar, which is a one month supply. For what you’re getting, we simply don’t believe it’s worth the cost.
This supplement is overpriced, and you can get a test booster that is just as potent (if not more potent) for a significantly lower price. Our top recommended options go for an average of about $75-79, and they are higher quality. Not to mention, they offer major discounts when you buy in bulk.
Is Test Reload worth it? Our Test Reload test booster review conclusion
All things considered, no, we do not believe Test Reload is worth it. As a matter of fact, we strongly recommend avoiding it primarily due to the giant proprietary blend and the negative user reviews. There are certainly some promising aspects of the product including a trustworthy spokesman, high quality ingredients, and a potent formula, but that’s simply not enough for it to compete with the elite top test boosters. FAQs
Is Test Reload safe?
This is usually an easy question to answer because we can look at the ingredients and their dosage sizes to determine everything looks safe, but since Test Reload uses a proprietary blend, we do not have access to that information. However, we can confirm that all of the ingredients are natural, and it is therefore most likely safe.
Can you buy Test Reload at Walmart?
No, Test Reload is strictly available online at this time. It does not appear to be available in any brick and mortar stores. Also, even if it was in stores like Walmart, it’s likely you would pay a higher price than you would if you ordered it online.
When should I take Test Reload?
If you decide to use this supplement, we recommend taking it in the morning after eating. We typically recommend avoiding taking a test booster on an empty stomach as it may cause side effects. Also, morning is generally best since test boosters increase energy levels, which can be a bad thing if you take it at night.
