True Grit Testosterone Booster Review

True Grit Testosterone Booster ReviewTrue Grit is a testosterone booster that is a bit unconventional in terms of formulation, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Many people view this testosterone booster in a positive light, and we are no exception. However, make sure to read this True Grit review before deciding to buy it in order to learn why it didn’t make our list of the Top 10 Testosterone Boosters.

The Benefits of True Grit

  • Can improve your sex drive
  • Can Help to boost strength and stamina
  • Can improve your performance in the gym
  • Potentially helps to burn fat and build muscle

How Does True Grit Work?

Natural testosterone boosters are thought to work by stimulating the increased release of testosterone through the ingestion of all natural proven ingredients. Some testosterone boosters do a much better job at this than others. True Grit isn’t one of the best we have seen, but it certainly has some good qualities.

When you eat certain foods or ingest certain ingredients that have the ability to free up testosterone and prevent the production of the hormone from being inhibited, your body is put in a better position to naturally boost its own testosterone. This is considered much healthier than testosterone replacement therapy and tends to have much less side effects.

It’s our opinion that the best thing somebody with Low T (low testosterone levels) can do is take an all-natural testosterone booster. We don’t think the True Grit testo booster is the best choice but would highly recommend you explore some of our other testosterone booster reviews in order to discover some more effective options.

True Grit Ingredients – What Makes It Work?

Fenugreek

Fenugreek is one of the most popular natural testosterone boosting ingredients on the market. It has more clinical evidence for its abilities than the vast majority of other potential testo boosters out there, which means that you don’t take on the same risk that you do when you invest in an ingredient that hasn’t been clinically studied very thoroughly. Fenugreek has tremendous potential to enhance your performance and get that testosterone flowing.

Bladderwrack Extract

This is something that is rather unique to the True Grit testosterone booster. You won’t see it in a lot of other products out there, which is probably because it simply isn’t as heavily studied as the other more popular ingredients out there. With that said, it still has some potential due to the studies regarding its estrogen-blocking benefits. Like I said, there is potential… but just not a lot of certainty in terms of its efficacy.

Boron Citrate

Here we have another ingredient that you wont typically see in a testo booster formula, and that is again because there isn’t an overwhelming amount of evidence for how well it actually works. However, there was one study done where subjects taking Boron Citrate showed increased free testosterone levels after only one week of use…so it has some solid potential.

Primavie (Shilajit)

Shilajit is different from most of the True Grit ingredients in that it’s not so unique. You’ll see this ingredient on testosterone booster labels all across the board. There’s solid body of evidence for how well it works, and it’s definitely one of the most notable and reliable ingredients in this particular formula.

The Pros

  • Contains a couple of highly proven ingredients
  • Several other ingredients show solid potential
  • It is very cheap

The Cons

  • Overall potency is very low comparatively speaking
  • It is missing several key ingredients in our opinion
  • Dosages of certain ingredients aren’t as high as we would like to see them be

The Final Verdict

Our conclusion about the True Grit testo booster is that it’s simply average. There’s not really anything special about it other than the fact that it contains a few unique ingredients. We also simply don’t believe it is potent enough to compete with some of the other supplements out there. We would highly recommend you choose a supplement off of our list of the Top 10 Testosterone Boosters instead of True Grit.
