Pre Kaged Review

Pre Kaged is a pre-workout supplement that was designed to enhance your performance at the gym and give your muscles what they need to succeed. It’s important to make sure you are being as productive as possible in the weight room if you want to make real progress, and the main purpose of pre-workout is to help you achieve maximum productivity. Read this Pre Kaged review to find out why it’s not one of our elite Top 10 Best Pre Workout Supplements of 2018.

I can already tell you that the fact that they use “kaged” in their name is a darn good start, however, competition n the pre-workout vertical has never been more intense. Fitness enthusiast looking to gain muscle have figured out that taking a solid pre-workout can be critical for getting max gains. So sometimes, even when a review is “bad,” the product isn’t that terrible, it’s more just the competition surrounding it is so good.

Benefits of Pre Kaged

The following are benefits you can expect to see from taking Pre Kaged:

  • Increased blood flow (pump)
  • Enhanced focus and concentration
  • Higher energy levels
  • Improved muscular endurance

What Is Pre Kaged?

Pre Kaged is a pre-workout supplement by the company Kaged Muscle, who claims it’s the best pre-workout for energy, focus, and performance. They’re very confident in their claim of being extremely unique and state that there is absolutely nothing else like it on the market.

After thoroughly evaluating the nutrition label, we have to admit, this is a pretty impressive formula. They include branched chained amino acids, as well as a blend of many different fruits, herbs, and vegetables. While the inclusion of fruits and veggies isn’t something we typically see, it’s an interesting way of delivering certain nutrients that could ultimately lead to a better workout.

Pre Kaged comes in two different flavors, Fruit Punch, and Krisp Apple.

How Does Pre Kaged Work?

Pre Kaged works by utilizing a blend of ingredients that can help increase your focus, boost your energy levels, and also provide you with the nutrients of many different fruit and vegetable extracts. When a pre-workout uses the right ingredients, it can also provide you with many benefits that help increase your endurance, reduce the time you need to recover and increase the rate of your muscle growth. Unfortunately, it seems that Pre Kaged is missing some of the ingredients that are required in order to accomplish all of these feats.

Pre Kaged Ingredients

The following ingredients can all be found in Pre Kaged: L-Citrulline, Qu995, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, CarnoSyn (Beta Alanine), BetaPower ( Betaine Anhdrous) Patented Creatine HCL, Coconut Water Powder, Spectra Total Orac Blend with Green Coffee Extract, Green Tea Extract, Broccoli Sprout Concentrate, Onion Extract, Apple Extract, Acerola Extract, Camu Camu Concentrate, Quercetin, Tomato Concentrate, Broccoli Concentration, Acai Concentrate, Basil Concentrate, Cinnamon Concentrate, Garlic Concentrate, Oregano Concentrate, Turmeric Extract, Carrot Concentrate, Elderberry Concentrate, Mangosteen Concentrate, Blackberry Concentrate, Blackcurrant Extract, Blueberry Extract, Chockeberry Concentrate, Raspberry Concentrate, Sweet Cherry Concentrate, Spinach Concentrate, Bilberry Extract, and Brussel Sprout Concentrate.

L-Citrulline: This amino acid becomes l-arginine when digested, and then turns into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator that can help make sure your blood is flowing to your muscles carrying all the oxygen and nutrients they need to grow healthily.

Branched Chained Amino Acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine, and L-Isoleucine are all amino acids that can help you make sure you are getting a low-calorie form of energy during your workout, and also reduce your recovery time. Branched chained amino acids are able to accomplish this, because they are very easily digested, short amino acid chains that your muscles can utilize right away.

Beta Alanine: This lactic acid buffer can help you endure the pain of a hardcore workout and push you to your limits. Lactic acid begins to accumulate as your muscles begin to tear, which can cause you to become sore. Buffering the buildup can help you go longer into your set.

Beta Power Betaine Anhydrous: Betaine anhydrous is a derivative of choline that can help improve your athletic performance. It does so by being involved in the metabolism of homocysteine, a chemical that helps improve the health of all the different systems in your body.

Stacking Pre Workout With Protein Powder

The best way to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts is by pushing yourself to your limits in the gym, and then giving your muscles what they need to recover and grow once you get home from the gym. You can accomplish both of these things quickly and conveniently by combining a pre workout supplement with a protein powder.

The reason these two make a killer combo is because pre workout feeds your muscles during the gym to improve performance, and protein powder feeds your muscles after the gym to ensure proper recovery. You use pre workout to break your muscles down and allow them to work harder, and then you use protein powder to build your muscles up and allow them to grow faster.

The Pros

  • Contains nitric oxide boosters
  • Includes branched chained amino acids
  • Gives you a healthy dose of fruits and veggies

The Cons

  • The Beta Alanine dosage is too small
  • Creatine HCL dosage is too small
  • Fruit and vegetable extracts are not necessarily the best ingredients for a pre workout…they could have just included higher dosages of the active ingredients

Pre Kaged Conclusion

Pre Kaged is a great supplement overall. As a matter of fact, it was pretty close to ranking on our list of the top 10. The ingredient list is very solid, but some of the dosages were simply too small. In our opinion, they wasted space by including so many fruits and veggies. They should have just ramped up the dosages of the primary ingredients instead.
