I can already tell you that the fact that they use “kaged” in their name is a darn good start, however, competition n the pre-workout vertical has never been more intense. So sometimes, even when a review is “bad,” the product isn’t that terrible, it’s more just the competition surrounding it is so good.

After thoroughly evaluating the nutrition label, we have to admit, this is a pretty impressive formula. They include branched chained amino acids, as well as a blend of many different fruits, herbs, and vegetables. While the inclusion of fruits and veggies isn’t something we typically see, it’s an interesting way of delivering certain nutrients that could ultimately lead to a better workout.

Pre Kaged comes in two different flavors, Fruit Punch, and Krisp Apple.

L-Citrulline

This amino acid becomes l-arginine when digested, and then turns into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator that can help make sure your blood is flowing to your muscles carrying all the oxygen and nutrients they need to grow healthily.

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

Pre Kaged is a great supplement overall. As a matter of fact, it was pretty close to ranking on our list of the top 10. The ingredient list is very solid, but some of the dosages were simply too small. In our opinion, they wasted space by including so many fruits and veggies. They should have just ramped up the dosages of the primary ingredients instead.
