If you’re somebody whose goal is to gain muscle as opposed to lose weight, then this pre-workout may sound appealing, but we actually don’t particularly recommend it. What Is Adrenobulk?
Adrenobulk can help you put on weight, while also giving you the focus and energy you need for the most efficient workout possible. This product comes at a pretty high price, but its ingredient list shows that it isn’t much different from many other, much cheaper products on the market.
They claim to utilize a premium formula designed to help provide you with more muscle mass and strength, while also increasing your testosterone levels. Unfortunately, we don’t see a whole lot of evidence for those claims on the nutrition label.

How Does Adrenobulk Work?
Adrenobulk works by feeding your body various amino acids, nootropics, vitamins, and other compounds that have all been shown to help provide your body with the benefits it needs to succeed in the gym.
In this supplement, nootropics boost focus, and stimulants spike energy levels. Unfortunately, there’s not a whole lot else going on here. There a couple of testosterone boosting ingredients, but ultimately we don’t see enough of a testosterone boosting component to make a real difference in your T levels.
The following ingredients are all present in the pre-workout supplement, Adrenobulk: Beta Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate, D-Aspartic Acid, Caffeine anhydrous, Agmatine Sulfate, Mucuna L-Dopa, Betaine Anhydrous,
Beta Alanine: Beta-alanine is necessary in order to endure the pain that comes with a workout. While you’re ripping your muscles apart, your body is producing lactic acid. Lactic acid is part of the reason you experience sore muscles, which can hold you back during your workout.
D-Aspartic Acid: This ingredient has been shown to help boost natural testosterone levels. It’s typically used as part of a comprehensive testosterone boosting formula, as that’s where it’s most effective. With that being said, it’s possible you could experience a minor T boost using this ingredient alone.
Caffeine Anhydrous: The most popular way for someone to start their day, is with a big cup of coffee. The active ingredient in coffee is caffeine, which is a stimulant that can help improve your performance, increase your focus, and enhance your mood. While some people experience negative side effects, they can sometimes be countered by using L-Theanine.
Betaine Anhydrous: This ingredient is used to help stimulate muscle growth activation and strength gains. It is also responsible for maximizing power output while boosting your overall athletic performance.
Stacking Pre Workout With Protein Powder
The recovery aspect of your workout is just as important as the workout itself. While taking a pre-workout supplement is great and optimizes your time spent in the gym, it’s necessary to utilize protein powder in order to ensure you recover properly from your workout.
The whole point of working out is to break your muscles down so they can be built back up bigger than they were before, making you stronger and more muscular. Pre-workout can help you break them down more efficiently, but it’s equally as important to make sure you’re putting the effort into building them back up, and that’s why protein powder is a requirement.
When you consume a high-quality protein powder immediately post workout, you give your muscles a solid 25 grams of protein along with a hefty dose of BCAAs, which is exactly what they need in order to heal and grow. All bodybuilders, Instagram models, athletes, etc. use protein powder because it’s near impossible to make progress without it.
