Semenax Review: Does It Work? (My Personal Results)

by Joe Costello, CNC | Male Enhancement

Semenax male enhancement supplement bottleSemenax is a unique male enhancement supplement in that its primary goal is to increase the amount of semen your body is able to produce. There are several claims being made in terms of benefits that could result from such an effect. Read this Semenax review to learn about how Semenax works and understand why we do NOT recommend it and didn’t give it a spot on our list of the top 10 best Male Enhancement Pills.

Semenax review by a Certified Nutrition Coach: Is Semenax legit?

Semenax is really just another average male enhancement supplement with nothing special to offer. It provides about 2,500 milligrams worth of nutrients per serving, which is a solid overall potency, but many of the ingredients are under-dosed. Worse yet, the product is insanely overpriced in my opinion. As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I do not recommend Semenax to my clients for these reasons.

My Personal Experience And Results With Semenax

I have a lot of clients who are older males and they all want to know whether or not natural male enhancement supplements are legit. The truth as that many of these products are pretty worthless. Most of the companies make claims that are ridiculous and the supplements often do not live up to the claims.

However, there ARE a few of these natural male enhancement pills that are truly effective. One of the supplements that I most often get asked about is Semenax. I don’t know why, but many of my clients have somehow heard of the product and want to know if it is legit or not. So, I decided to buy the product to find out the answer…does Semenax work?

I took Semenax for 30 days, and I’m sorry to disappoint anyone who had high hopes coming into this review, but the supplement literally did nothing for me. That doesn’t mean it won’t work for everyone…it just means it did not work for me. In my personal experience with Semenax, I did not experience any sexual health benefits whatsoever…certainly not the ones that they talk about on their website.

Semenax is supposed to help you produce more semen and improve your sexual experience, but that was not the case for me. Me and my wife did not notice any difference at all when I was taking the product. I was wondering if it was just me, so I checked out some other Semenax reviews on Reddit, and pretty much everyone on Reddit was saying it did not work for them either. Again, sorry to disappoint if you had high hopes for it. I’m just doing my job…don’t shoot the messenger!

The only male enhancement pills that have ever really worked for me in terms of increasing my sex drive, libido, erection quality, and overall sexual experience is a supplement called Male Extra. I want to reiterate that every person is different and everyone responds differently to different supplements, but for me, Male Extra was life changing. I’m still relatively young, but I always keep a bottle of this stuff in my night stand in case I ever need an extra boost or some help in the bedroom.

Are there any Semenax coupon codes or promo discount vouchers?

Since Semenax is strictly sold through Walmart, there are not currently any available coupon codes. If you have a Walmart discount voucher specifically for this product, that is different, but it’s also highly unlikely. Also, the price is so absurdly high, that a discount wouldn’t really help you very much unless it was a huge discount.

Semenax ingredients list

Here are the primary Semenax ingredients:

  • L-Arginine
  • Maca root
  • Zinc
  • L-Carnitine
  • L-Lysine
  • Catuaba bark
  • Epimedium leaf
  • Muira Puama
  • Tribulus terrestris
  • Cranberry extract
  • Hawthorne berry
  • Pumpkin seed

L-Arginine

L-Arginine has been shown to convert directly into nitric oxide upon consumption, which means that it is solely responsible in the context of this formula for all of the benefits you might experience regarding blood flow. If erections are all about blood flow, then Arginine is some very potent secret sauce.

Maca Root

Maca is one of the top libido boosters in the industry. There are plenty of natural herbs and vitamins that are thought to increase libido, but there are only very few which are widely agreed upon, and Maca is one of them. This is an ingredient you will find in almost every male enhancement supplement out there.

Zinc

Zinc is thought to increase the production of testosterone and is a vitamin that has been used by men to do exactly that for centuries. Being one of the oldest tricks in the book when it comes to testosterone, Zinc is a valuable addition to any guy’s diet or supplement regimen…especially guys with erectile dysfunction or low testosterone issues.

L-Carnitine

L-Carnitine is an amino acid that is believed to perform the function of transporting fat to and from the mitochondria. It is an ingredient that is most commonly found in fat burners for that reason. There is little to no research that supports its use as a male enhancement ingredient.

Epimedium Leaf

Epimedium Leaf, also known as Horny Goat Weed, is one of the most popular male enhancement ingredients due to its ability to inhibit PDE5. PDE5 is thought to prevent blood from flowing into the penis, which means inhibition of PDE5 could lead to improved blood flow. Studies have shown Epimedium Leaf may be a PDE5 inhibitor, making it a solid addition to this formula.

Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus is a natural plant extract that is most commonly used in testosterone booster formulas. Some studies have shown that there may be a correlation between Tribulus supplementation and increased testosterone levels in men. These studies are promising, but there is no definitive evidence of this correlation.

Semenax benefits and side effects

Here are the advantages and disadvantages of Semenax.

Benefits

Some of the benefits users may experience from supplementing with Semenax include elevated sex drive and improved blood flow. With that being said, it’s important to note that the “claimed” benefits are not very likely to occur in our opinion.

The manufacturer claims that it can intensify orgasms and increase the volume of semen the user is able to produce. Based on the supplement facts panel, these claims appear to be baseless. This is just how they market the supplement, but in reality, it’s highly unlikely you would all the sudden be able to produce a higher volume of semen after using the product.

Side effects

We don’t see a lot of cause for concern in the area of side effects since the formula is 100% natural. It’s not very likely for major side effects to occur, but some minor side effects have been reported including upset stomach, nausea, and headaches. People can sometimes have this type of response to nitric oxide boosters such as L-Arginine, which Semenax does contain.

Semenax complaints & praise (info from real Semenax customer reviews)

Unfortunately, there are only two Semenax reviews published on the Walmart website. Therefore, we don’t have a significant sample size and really can’t draw any conclusions from the data. With that being said, it’s at least worth noting that both reviews are positive.

However, we also browsed other third party review sites on the internet and found a bunch of negative reviews. Most reviewers seem to agree with us that there’s no way this stuff can actually increase the amount of semen you produce. That’s just a pretty outlandish claim, and it’s something that most likely no supplement can accomplish.

As a result, most of the reviews we found on the web were from people who were angry about the absurd benefits the manufacturer claims the supplement can produce. I mentioned this before, but I specifically checked the Semenax reviews on Reddit just to make sure that I wasn’t the only one who had a negative experience with it. I just can’t seem to find any positive reviews on this stuff anywhere. I also checked the reviews on Walmart and found a lot more negative content.

Is Semenax worth it? Our conclusion

In conclusion, Semenax is absolutely not worth it in my opinion. The price tag is ridiculous, and I can’t find any evidence to back the claims the manufacturer makes. It certainly contains some solid ingredients, but at the end of the day, it pales in comparison to our top ranked male enhancement products. Plus, perhaps most importantly, I had a terrible personal experience with it. Therefore, I simply can not recommend Semenax.

Semenax FAQs

Is Semenax legit?

No, I don’t believe Semenax is legit in my personal opinion based on my personal experience with the supplement. All of the claims they make are about increasing semen volume, and that just was not a benefit I experienced when I tried it. As I said before, it really didn’t do anything for me at all in terms of benefits or results.

Is Semenax safe?

I think Semenax is safe due to its use of strictly natural ingredients, but you should always consult your primary care physician with this question. As a Nutrition Coach, it appears to be safe to me, but I am not a doctor and therefore am not qualified to answer this question. My best advice is to take the supplement to your doctor and have him take a look.

What is the recommended dosage for Semenax?

According to the label, the recommended dosage is 4 capsules. You should always read the label before taking any supplement to make sure you are taking the correct amount and following the directions on the label. You can typically find the directions right under the nutrition facts on the back of the label.
